As a speaker I want to inspire. No matter what you want to achieve, I want to push you towards the next step and make your dream a reality.
In 2023 I became the first Swedish woman to complete the Triple Crown of Hiking, and received the award Adventurer of the Year.
What is the Triple Crown of Hiking?
The Triple Crown of Hiking consists of three long distance trails across the US. The trails are Pacific Crest Trail, Continental Divide Trail and Appalachian Trail. Combined they make up a distance of almost 8000 miles, spanning from Mexico in the south to Canada in the north.
Each hike takes several months to complete and requires a great deal of endurance, perseverance, commitment and courage.
This is what I love to talk about.
Many situations on trail can also be applied to our everyday life. Since my completion of the Triple Crown I have been invited to do several talks and lectures where I talk about:

– How to face and handle adversity
– Commitment to a vision or goal
